3rd RHA Workshop
Back in November, I had the opportunity to visit the esteemed 3rd Royal Horse Artillery Workshop to capture the officers and soldiers in a cohesive unit photo, bookmarking an important entry into the unit’s rich history. By providing a beautifully framed print for the unit's history room, along with an additional one for each member of the unit. I aimed to create keepsakes that allow them to look back and reminisce about their time spent together and the remarkable people they served alongside. I’ve mentioned this sentiment previously and will likely continue to emphasise it in future posts. It often isn’t until you leave the armed forces and come across a framed print that your mind wanders back to the unforgettable times you shared with that particular unit. It evokes a profound sense of nostalgia that naturally brings forth cherished memories of those fond moments together. You might not fully appreciate this feeling at present, but I assure you, you will realise its significance later on. The composition of the photo was simple yet focused intently on the unit’s specific requests, ensuring it resonated with their collective experience.
